I think they have a slight hight difference.

Is the only difference in the serial number? Also, what is the knob at the bottom of the magazine for? Thanks Bill

The 1922 bolt has a dual firing pin and looks like the top right two in the first photo in this posting. Serial for the 23A start at 25000 per the parts list. Savage...never say "never". Rick...
