The groved forarm is right for this gun , does look lighter, but id have to go with it left savage factory with the rifle!

I would be more concerned about the butt stock. It's a replacement with the original pad or it has been VERY sanded! No pads and wrist and comb look over worked. I think you can buy better for the asking price.

Yup. Forearm looks ok but as Rick said, the stock is way wrong.
