He can be prosecuted for wearing the following;
a Medal of Honor,
a Distinguished Service Cross,
a Navy Cross,
an Air Force Cross,
a Silver Star,
a Purple Heart,
a Combat Infantryman's Badge,
a Combat Action Badge,
a Combat Medical Badge,
a Combat Action Ribbon,
a Combat Action Medal, or
any replacement or duplicate medal for such medal as authorized by law.
And uses it for financial gain. WOW!!! This guy was one busy SOB. He apparently served in the US Army, US Navy, US Air Force and, maybe in the US Marines. Gotta admire him! (NAH)

While I obviously think he's as big of a dumbass as anyone, I doubt if his conduct on here is for his financial gain, and thus rises to the threshold of the 2013 law.
