can we get some predictions? my vote is some kind of desertion charge and 5-10 in leavenworth with forfeiture of rank and pay. That's just what Americans who understand What the UCMJ means. It's what he deserves but then the guy who decides thinks of Burgdahl as a hero and has no concept of military justice.
