I have a HJC LS Airtec 2 helmet I just took out of storage.
It has fog, or something clouding the face shield.
It seems be double layer.
Any help?

Look online for a new face shield. You'll never get the moisture out of there.

Buy a new shield or get a new helmet, lots of good choices out there at reasonable prices.
