OP bluecat Campfire Regular B Joined: Jun 2009 Posts: 870 Texas	I have a person in California wanting to buy a pistol from me in Texas. What is the legal means to ship a pistol from Texas individual to a FFL in California? I cannot get the same answer from different FFL!s here in Texas.

If it is FFL to FFL it can go USPS in a flat rate box much cheaper than the others. Problem though is that FFLs must be registered with CA before they can do business with a CA FFL. Anyone can legally ship a handgun to an FFL in CA, just FFLs have to be on CA's list... Mark Begich, Joaquin Jackson, and Heller resistance... Three huge reasons to worry about the NRA.
