No worries they're licensed. Phone number is not so meaningful, could be a webfone or mobile... Phone number is not a requirement for Oregon outfitters license, iirc nor is Oregon residency.

He's been a member for 6 months. Besides a designation assigned by the Fire, what constitutes the dividing line between old and new? What difference does it really make? He's not selling anything but only providing information that may or may not be useful to members.

I know the OP and yes he did kill a 320 bull with them last year. He's a long time browser of the fire and doesn't really do the forum thingie.
