Is the finish slick or slippery? This one is cerrokoted in Graphite Black & I had a bit of extra hardener added to give it just a bit more sheen than flat graphite black normally is. I don't mind leaving one unpainted, but I added a bit more grip to mine when I gave it the Krylon treatment. Tell you what, I would hate to be in your position expecting one thing but receiving another, especially when laying out the coin you have. Send me your stock, with a check for return shipment, and I'll duracoat it for you. I do very good work, and can speckle/texture it similar to mcmillan. There are pics of some stocks I have done in the customs section. Pm me and we can chat further.

That's exactly what I did but the order from the middle man went in wrong.
I ordered clear dark gelcoat no bondo patch. I suppose you know this now, but if you order directly from McMillan, you can discuss your needs with them, and make changed to the order until your stock is made.
