How about our justice system is letting them go free when they commit crimes as just one of the problems. They could stop all this BS if they stopped getting away with it. If there were more penalties for all when the law is broken a lot of this would stop. We need to start with the president and work our way down. If the government gets away with breaking he law then the people believe they can do it too.

You got that wrong. They don't get more welfare money when they have a new kid if there is a dad present. He is expected to support his children. So they don't have fathers. They have sperm donors. The problem is that we give welfare to able bodied people which is destructive to their souls. We should end welfare for these people so they are forced to find jobs and support themselves. This which will drive a stake through the heart of the Ghetto Gangster class.
