Have been up Coffee Pot Rd several times but was wondering if you could camp close to Triangle Mountain ? We have always hunted before you get to Heart Lake . How bad is road to Triangle during third season? wanting to get closer to Wilderness area

Didn't a big blizzard come in about 10 years ago or so and strand a bunch of hunters up there? Somebody around that area had to get rescued by helicopter IIRC. Had to leave camps and trucks. 3rd season fun!
