Supposdly had an In-Reach and sat fone with him but did not contact anyone with them. Will be good to hear the details. Going through the ice with a late model 180 has to really suck.

My local source tells me he had just enough time to grab one bag and kick the door open as the airplane was sinking. Did not have all the com gear attached to him.
