Yea, it's head would pop like a water mellon. I did that to a deer by accident one time.

I use an Encore. Maybe I'll bring the 12ga barrel also just for kicks. I hope I can fit both barrels and my scatter gun.

Ahh Encore that'll work.
If I can find my old Rem Model 11, A5 Browning look a like, I'll bring it. I have never shot it so hope it shoots. But your welcome to use it. 12 gauge. Kids have the better 12 gauges I used to own. Still own but they have them in a different town.

I just hope the Encore shoots. It's been misfiring the past 2 weeks and read that it's a common problem. Not enough hammer spring. So I bought a heavier spring and need to test fire it on Sunday. It works fine with the 12ga. but not so much with the 30.06.

I don't own a 270 so that one is out. Will bring a working 308, means I can get it dirty, An AR 556/223. Both scoped and sited in I hope. The Rem 11 12 gauge Maybe a 686 I have never shot " a 44 mag for the fun of it " a 45 lc No telling what I'll grab. Of course the 15" blade knife for Roger to blood on a hog. Cause he can still run after them.

Could bring the 45/70 but no scope little lever action, fun to shoot. Not real sure how far that one will shoot and the drop at 150. I'm driving down so not as hard for us to carry a few extras.

I shoot deer with the 12ga all the time at 100+yds. Got a 3-9x40mm on it. It's accurate. But then again, I miss a lot from that distance. But that's operator error.

If I remember correctly, blinds are at 100 to 150 yards from dinner. Dan?
