I slapped 7 rounds together after work,to shoot a 5 shot group,and shoot over the magnetospeed.

Four shots into .25",with one flier turned the whole group into 7/8".
25.2 Varget,Lapua Match brass 223 AI.
Douglas 1 in 8 twist.

Magneeto said,shot 1= 2978
Shot 2 = 2984.

I'm very pleased,I was very tired after a long hard day,but Sierra didn't let me down.
I wish I hadn't jerked the one shot.

Still,A very promising start.
FYI,
Mike

Should one to expect these to react similarly to the AMax? As in terminal performance. I am thinking these could be a real game changer for the 9 twist 223 I have on the Prarie Dog field.

That is my hope and is based on 77gr gel results I have seen on the net.

I got 3/8" 5 shot group @ 100 yards.
Going to try to stretch it out this weekend.

I hope the 69 TMK reacts similarly to a AMax or BlitzKing. It's no fun when the PDog just falls over, versus impersonating Cirque De Solell.

However, BlitzKings use a jacket thickness very similar to the MatchKing line.

A-Maxes and BlitzKings also use much thicker jackets than the Hornet and Blitz bullets.

I'm sure they'll be fine...

What length barrel and what rifle? I'm hoping to try the 69's here soon.

Will do, but ain't ditching the A-Max until they quit being so proud of them.

50 bucks more than the A-Maxs and they can sit on the shelves....

It was so windy,and crappy feeling out yesterday I didn't get to the range.

My home range is only 100 yards.

The shooting club range goes to 1,000,I'll get out there soon.

I've got some 69's headed my way. I ran some calcs last night. Even with a 100 fps head start, the 75g amax beats the 69 TMK at every check point past about 150 yds. Still, I'll give them a run in my .223 AI and in my AR.

Update,
Got in 500 of the 77 TMK's.
Loaded up 10 with 25.0 R-15,and 10 with 25.2 R-15.

25.0= 2830
25.2= 2880

Group was very nice,less than an inch for all 20 !!!

Strangely,the Magnetospeed didn't change the POI at all that I could tell.

Also blooded them on a cottontail @ 35 yards.
pahntr760,you will be dissapointed,did not explode him,even at close range.
