Slug guns are a good choice. Bring a few buckshot just in case.

Oh, for Bob and others interested, the green hog lights work like a charm grin

Don't bet on the .45's here. We have less ammo availability than anywhere.

Do you mount that on your rifle or hold it between your teeth?

Speaking of hog lights, I gather we're not going to be allowed to just wander around the ranch at night without supervision.

Speaking of green lights. I went on Amazon and found a Chinese Led green light for around $12.00 Got a remote tail switch for $3.00 found a regular led light just like the green one with two batteries and a charger for $13.00 and a mount for light to scope tube for $9.00. So for less than $40.00 I'm all set. I am sure it is not as good as the high dollar ones but It shines out to 150 to 200 yards pretty easy.

Hmmm. Reading the latest I may have to bring the slug gun. Should work on clays too. It's pounded a few pigs outside Camp Wood.

Ed, I gotta tell you. You absolutely have the coolest taste in firearms.

Neat double gun you have there.

That's a pretty good price for a new one. Realistically any of the black pad #1's will shoot well, so you may be able to shop around on GB for a better price, or see what kind of wood it has before you buy.

Poohbah will praise you if you buy this one:

grin

or you can borrow this .30-40 if you want:
