Ok so got the Nosler/lapua brass problem discussed. next question is some loads that worked for you guys usuing just the lapua scenar 139 and scenar 136L for the 260rem. Thanks for any and all help or is there anywhere else besides the Lapua website for load info as I don't have any of the powder they have listed thanks in advance Jerrad

Could be I'd have a bunch of the above. But can always try the 123's!

IIRC 123's @ 2,900 and 139's @ 2,700 are pretty much the same except for about 6" drop at 500.

I run 42.6 gr's of H4350 out of my GAP 260 and avg 2800fps with 139gr Scenar's.

Well, if you do get some my best load is 48-49 H4831sc. Sorry, can't help with the others.

Center to center, 4 rounds of 45gr H4831sc and the 139gr Scenar (virgin Lapua brass, Federal Gold Medal primers). This was the third group out of the rifle (custom 700) and the smallest. Largest doubled the group size.

Now have a huge pile of 136s on hand to start over with (bought big when Midway had them on "clearance" a while back. Hopefully they are as useful as the 139s....

H4831sc/Lapua Brass/Fed 210M's gave TINY groups in my 260.

Far better than any other powder including H4350.
