What's a good belt I can just buckle on quickly. It will be used over clothing, there will be no pants belt underneath and many times no belt loops.

Galco makes some very stiff, sturdy gun belts.

Been looking at these folks. Reasonable price for a stiff belt.

If I'm not mistaken, Safariman just picked up a new gunbelt here lately. Give him a call and see if he still likes it.

wink

Mine is a Safariland, and I like it a lot. Wearing it now, as I do most every day. I am planning on getting their Ranger style brown gun belt next.

Scott, look up Wilderness tactical. Their "Instructors" belt can be had in different configurations and options. I had one made in 1-3/4" width with an additional stiffener in it for a solid gun rig.

SH,

If I'm understanding your question correctly, I would just purchase a law enforcement style duty belt of your choice. Preferably nylon because it is lighter and won't sag as much without keepers and a waist belt.

They're easy on, easy off, and you'll still look great. Even without pants.

Anything Safariland or Bianchi should be pretty good. But something as simple as Uncle Mikes may serve you well.
