Dat's home!

By the way, you don't want piggies populating Montana. Did you see the destruction to grazing land? It can be pretty extensive.

I wish I had gotten the little palm islands in the pic...looked like the Okavango out there, and you could drive 15 miles without seeing another car.I was loving it!

There've been a few folks who say our wire-grass savannah's look a lot like parts of Africa. And the heat and humidity sometimes feels like it, as well.

Dats a nicer pig than I been shooting! I have secret plans to shoot a bit bigger pig in Texas...should be easier to hit than the tiny brain on a pocket pig!

The next time you're visiting friends in our fair state, just slip across to the other coast.

Axis is some of the best game meat there is. Absolutely delicious. Blackbuck seems to be completely dependent on their diet. Good if they are primarily corn fed, but not so much if they are survivin' in the brush.

Good note! Although I'm still kicking myself for having passed up a huge BB down at Little Mike's place!

Axis are great eating, but I think scimitar horned oryx are a tad better. ;-)

As for that stock... EGADS! My eyes! My eyes!
