Just saw that talley offers extended rings that do not hang over anywhere. Does anybody have a pic of these? Looks like there is front extension or both extension?

Not del 70 but it gives you an idea. The extended front ring allows you to move your scope back an extra 3/16 to 1/4 inch and doesn't cover past the rear of the front receiver ring.

I don't know. I just found the pic under "Talley Lightweight extended ring pics" for an example.

I have used DNZ mounts on my M70s. IMO the choice between the Talley lightweights and the DNZ Deadnuts mount is like choosing between an ugly skinny gal and an ugly chunky gal. Let the monkey schitt fight begin. grin
