OK; I scored my .250-3000 box. So I have this Savage branded .300 Savage box full of reloadable brass to sell. What's a reasonable value? And can you sell spent brass on ebay? Thanks...

Put it on gunbroker at a penny. The buying public will tell you it's worth in short order. You can take a chance on eBay with spent brass. If the eBay police don't spot it it will sell. If they do, they'll end your auction and give you a verbal spanking.

No. Not really that hard. Just that your experience may vary. Put it up for an penny and it may sell for a penny. Then you'd come smoking back here badmouthing everyone that had given you an estimated value.
