I agree with almost everything you posted, but good lord woman.. no cinnamon?! smile eek grin

Please tell me that you use lots of cinnamon in an apple pie at least!

I am assuming that as a Canuck with discriminating tastes, you will be completing that apple pie with a slice of cheddar!

John

Always cinnamon in an apple pie smile

As for a cheddar cheese slice ? No, family members eat it that way, and they eat it with ice cream, but myself, I like it plain, with a cup of tea.

So, now that I have disappointed you, how are you even ? smile

In that respect, yes, normal.

Other than that, I am far from normal, and much prefer it that way.

I love Patioca puddjing.

My girl kid loves it too and makes the best I've ever had!

i always get rice pudding duties.

It HAS to have cinnamon and raisins, or it's............just rice.

Well, any female that can and does hang with this crowd would need to be at least a tad "abbi-normal" wink

Made tapioca pudding Friday night. Added a little nutmeg, would've added a few drops of rum extract but I've run out. Stupid country supermarket doesn't stock it regularly.

Really enjoyed it but then I was probably fed poi as an infant. smile

Now that sounds like what my grandmother used to make in a big yellow bowl. I mean big. And it was good! She also made custard in that big yellow bowl. When that came out good things were in store.

I love ostkaka!! My cousin (duckster here on24HCF) married a girl of Swedish descent. The first time I saw it I was skeptical, but after tasting it I was sold. Good eats!
