Done here, just don't give up, do the therapy and do more. Its the only thing that gets the scar tissue done right, so that the rest of the life of the joint is as best as it can be.
I know that doesn't help much, but its the best I can offer besides prayers for strenght and healing.
We can keep Larry Root and all his idiotic blabber and user names on here, but we can't get Ralph back..... Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, over....

I think our learning curves get pretty screwed up at times  norm case of hyves on my back thrown into the mix from pill cocktail don't help either.
