I've been wanting to do this fir quite some time. Now that I'm in N.Dakota It's becoming a reality. I'm wanting to drive and meet up with an outfitter in Saskatchewan bear country and hunt with a crossbow. So, is their a preferred time of year to hunt this way and what outfitter would you guy's recommend? Thx

Give Victor call at http://www.poplarpointresort.com/saskatchewan-deer-hunt-bear-hunt.php Victor's a good guy, its a relatively inexpensive hunt and you can get some fishing in at the same time. I don't need an outfitter but have hunted up that way a lot. I've got some land up that way too. At the current time it is crawling with bears. Lots of coloured bears, if that's a factor.
Life begins at 40. Recoil begins at "Over 40" Coincidence? I don't think so.
