servers get backed-up every night! Should be a simple matter of restoring the backups to get the proof needed to fry her! if she destroys the back-ups, well then everyone running and operating that server should be jailed!

Besides, the NSA has been deep into all our email for many years now! They should have the proof needed already!

Assuming her email server was backed up like it should. NSA might have Metadata and or actual email but we will never know.

I dunno about that, according to practically everyone on this earth, there's no love lost between Obama and the Clintoons. The hatred is plain to see, if you read Klein's books.

Trey Gowdy says that her server was "wiped clean" but what does that mean? This phrase could mean a lot of things ranging from deleting the emails and all backup email files to actually removing all the software from the server and re-installing the operating system. What someone could find if they had access to the server would be dependent on exactly what was done to it. And without actually examining the server no one really knows what happened to it. Which is why a third party needs to take control of the server. But unfortunately I think the odds of that happening are pretty low. A subpoena from a criminal investigation would be required and I doubt that the justice department is going to do that.

It appears to me she learned well from Richard Nixon.

Ask Trey Gowdy if you can look at his emails. Oh, that's right, the Congress exempted themselves from keeping email records.

Lois Lerner attacked political opponents of Zero using the IRS under the color of law, destroyed evidence and lied under oath. Nothing happened to her.

Hitlery runs a private email server for official business, lies about and covers up circumstances surrounding the attack on a US emabassy and the resulting deaths of Americans including one of HER ambassadors. Chances are nothing of consequence will come to her either.

It's getting near time to crack open the ammo cans and sharpen the bayonets.

Unless every component of her system was rendered down for precious metals and the silicon ground to dust there's retrievable data. And somewhere there are cc mails that went to other servers. It'll come down to how many friends she's made or coerced vs how many enemies. There are plenty that would love to see the witch squirm on the stake if they can figure out how to stay alive.

Why don't they just put her in jail for treason? Do not even need a trail.

I expect that she put a new hard drive on her server and moved everything but the email server and emails over to it. Then removed the original hard drive by drilling holes in it, driving over it with a truck and burning it in a furnace.

Certainly not the geldings in congress..

Not surprised. I use to think Bill was the bigger looser of the two...now I'm not so sure.

The whole point of having her personal server was to allow her to prevent anyone from seeing her email. She didn't back it up.

On a tangent, anybody that didn't know about this for the past week ain't paying enough attention. Then again, that's why she released this info on midnight last Friday. By the time normal working folks find out about it, it's old news.
