Made this recipe last night, and it was excellent. Served it with stir fried sugar snap peas, red peppers, and bok choy, with on sticky rice. Definitely to be repeated ! smile

Made the mongolian beef tonight using elk and it was a real hit at the dinner table. No leftover unfortunately...

This will now be a regular menu item at our house.
