I've got a Swarovski 3x12x50 habicht that I purchased seven yrs ago from the Swarovski rep in my area. It's a used scope but in good condition. It has a few white marks on it but no bare metal scratches. It's great in low light conditions, or any condition. I'll ship it to your door for $850 shipped and insured.
