Any suggestions on someone to make a necklace with a pair of floating bones? Would like to make something nice for my wife with the bones from her leopard.
Have checked out a few sites online, but their prices seem WAY high.
I'd rather be a free man in my grave, than living as a puppet or a slave....

The price of gold and a reasonable rate for highly skilled labour makes custom jewellery pricey. Better in my experience to find the quality of work that you desire and pay the rate than to have product that you are not happy with. No experience with floating bone work but I have put together several pieces of custom jewellery for my wife and after once using the lower priced alternative now will only use the higher quality option.
I use The Goldsmiths in Calgary which due to location is probably not relevant to your search.
All the best in your search and I hope you find the craftsman that you are looking for.
