11th season premiere is on right now on Discovery Channel. Anybody still watch this one?
Think its getting old and too staged or are you still entertained by this show?
I'll tell you what. If I don't very soon see somebody drown, a big-ass ship fire, a ship sink, a deckhand get their head bashed in by a swingin' pot, a mouthy, bully Captain get clocked by a deckhand, or a rope around the foot yanking a deckhand like a ragdoll over the side.............I'm gonna quit watching it entirely.

My wife still watches it but I agree it has gotten pretty boring - looks like this season's hook will be Josh Harris getting a captain's seat.

I like Wicked Tuna better. Too much manufactured drama but I love seeing those big fish come in.

Haven't watched it since right after Phil Harris died. That's not why I stopped though; it just got boringly repetitive. They try too hard to manufacture drama.

I still watch it and swamp people too. as for swamp people, I know how we catch gators down here and yanking on the rope and pissing them off is not what we do at all. But I watch them anyway, I mainly Watch Discovery channel and History channel.

The book, North by Northwestern, was an interesting read.
Not a real member - just an ordinary guy who appreciates being able to hang around and say something once in awhile.

Are you talking about women who kill their husbands? Actually Conrad, There is indeed a show or two about that on the Investigation Discovery Channel which has some wild true crime stories. I think one is called Deadly Women or some such thing. It may have something to do with crabs........but a smaller kind.
