Made it this weekend. Saw the recipe for blini and creme fraisch several weeks ago. Ordered a small jar of black caviar online. It turned out pretty good! Didn't have any green onions to slice for it though.

never liked caviar. Too salty and 'fishy' for me. I do love a good blini though, and I have always had a fondness for creme fraiche.

Had to try it Sam out of curiosity. Just a $5 jar of lumpfish black caviar I got with my last Amazon order. With the blini and the creme fraisch it is almost not noticeable. I'm with you on the creme fraisch! It tastes good and is easy to make.

Don't know what all the hype about caviar is. I can take it or leave it. But like I said I had to at least try it once.
