I put a gold bead up front and a shallow V rear on a Ruger Single Six a number of years ago and loved it. Not a fan of the fiber optics but loved the Bead-V combo.

I like the FO sight on my 329. I carry it on the farm and need it quickly when I need it. That sight really shows up and allows me to fire real fast. I put one on a Ruger 100 and can hit better with it now than I could before.
