Very nice! Why are you selling? I'm retired now. Since I have diabetes, I don't hunt in the cold anymore (get cold feet on a deer stand). I built this rifle for deer hunting. So I'm selling a few rifles, getting down to a basic battery.

Jeff -- Ngrumba -- turned me onto Mark Penrod several years ago. I've had Mark perform work as basic as a trigger job all the way up to building a complete custom rifle and have never been disappointed. You can do worse, but you won't do better than this rig and it's a lot less than having a new .257 built and it's ready to go NOW, vice a several month (or year) wait.
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum. I do tend to fit in well wherever I go in person. The campfire is the most outside exposure I get. No TV, no newspaper.

Beautiful rifle. Has it sold? Not yet. Lot of tire kickers. Got offered 12 goats (delivered) for trade. Never saw that one coming. Had to decline that offer.
