I cannot believe this. I am so sorry. I have shot with Chad while I was stationed at Cherry Point. He won the 22 competition with a bunch of us 24 hour members. Prayers sent. He was a fine man.

I am very sorry to read about this. I just lost my Dad on April 13th. I have a younger brother that retired out of the Marine corp after 21years, and know the feeling of "proudness" that will always be in your heart. I can't imagine losing one of my two children. God bless you and your family, and I pray that things go as smooth as possible for you.

I believe you will see him again and he is in a much better place with no pain , no tears, no bills, no crime, no sickness. I also believe you will see him again it is your choice if you have faith. Dave, I am so sorry to learn of Chad's accident and passing. We had a few good times together at the Havelock range and at Mike''s home when he lived down east in NC. I had no idea what you were dealing with. Chad was a fine man. Bruce
