I went to pull motor stables on my smoker.. It had been turning my meat to look like smut.
Sprayed my burner out good with the water hose in case there was a spider web in there that I had missed last time when I ruined a Boston Butt and sprayed my coffee mug with Pam cause it was white and would show smut good.
Am I to assume smut is bad?
