I do recommend you use the Remington bullets if you can find them as they are tougher than the paper thin jackets on the Speer version, which is more suited to the original factory specs than hand loaded potential for the cartridge.
The 400 Speer and the 405 Remington are virtual peas-in-a-pod IMO. It's hard to think of the Rem as anything but a soft, paper-thin-jacketed bullet also...
Both are very effective however, but expecting great penetration when pushing them fast is probably a tall order.
