Sent in a fixed 7.5x42 M8 a few months ago. Changes from a target dot to a
Duplex and added an M1 elevation turret.
Using it on a 6920 AR for longer shots when calling yotes. Usually has a trinicon reflex for HD and sub 100 yard stuff.
The glass appeared to be changed when I got it back. Coatings looked just like a VX 3 and was much clearer when I got it back.
Do they change glass on repairs when they are sent in for work??

It will say what all they did on that blue sheet they send back with the scope.

I should add that for me they have changed parts, lenses, and updated scopes when they had them for leaks or repairs, but they've never charged me for anything except what I originally sent it in for.
On one, they apologized that they didn't make parts for one that old anymore, but they were able to fix some internal problem they had found upon inspection, by putting all new guts in it. They basically upgraded the scope to a newer model, but it still had the original model number engraved on the bell.

I saw a movie where only the military and the police had guns. It was called Schindler's List.

They have changed glass on work they have done for me and have noted so on the return documentation provided.
