I am awaiting the arrival of a Tikka m595 in .243 that I procured here on the 'fire. I am trying to decide what scope to put on it and wonder if the low Talley rings will create a bolt clearance issue for me. I'd prefer to put on a 3-9x40 class Meopro, Conquest, Minox ZA5 (2-10) etc. I am not sure if the large eye piece on the Zeiss or Meopta will clear the bolt and I don't want to mess with new mounts. The Minox eye piece is smaller and I'm certain a VX3 2.5-8x36 will clear easily but I was hoping for some input on the situation from those of you who may have tried this setup. I hate to start pulling scopes that are dialed in just to check clearance. Thanks for your input.

I used the same exact rings on a Tikka T3 in 308 and had a Kahles KX 3-9x42 mounted on it with plenty of clearance

Good to hear that Kahles fit w/o issue - that should bode well for my options then. Should have it in hand tonight so I can get a feel for what will work best.

You will be fine with the lows. The Tikka 595/695 have short 60 degree bolt lift. I have Talley xtra lows on my 695 with a 6x42 scope (slimmer EP but plenty of clearance).
