and my social security was deposited on time in my account. What shutdown? I tried to call the guy who was handling my application because I need to start this month instead of the first of the year (quit my job) & can't get hold of him. No biggie though. It is what it is...

We talked for a while & it seems as though they are working & deemed essential but won't get any pay until the govt. resumes business as usual...
