'The Harbinger'? It's eerie. It is a story that ties in 9/11, the collapse of the World Trade Center, the stock market and Isiah 9:10 that is mind boggling. Factual events are interwoven into a narrative that will send a chill down your back or up your spine, depending on the starting point. Not a long book and an easy read. I'm about 3/4 through it and have trouble putting it down.

It may be a good read, but I wouldn't put much stock in it.

Here is one example of a pertinent review:

Possibly, there is a consistent pattern of nations turning away from their moral foundations throughout history, and that pattern might be being followed rather typically by the USA, and thus history might be able to "predict" what will happen to this nation, but it would be based on human patterns not direct prophecy.

Oh, I understand completely. Every nation that is comprised of humans has followed this pattern......as we have and will......but there will be a price paid.

I enjoyed the book a lot. I've seen the writer interviewed several times.
I would put some stock in it.
