G'Day all... Could anyone help me in the construction of a suppressor and load data for a 308. I have seen that the .308 can be suppressed well and have a friend that would like to try it. I am in Australia so i don't have access to a store where i can purchase these items from, we have to make them ourselves.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Suppressors are regulated here in the US, Class 2 dealer to manufacture and class 3 to sell IIRC. I'm fairly certain most of the designs are patented and the details are guarded by the manufactures. You may try searching the patent office records for details. Good luck with your quest.

I am pretty sure that in normal circumstances, Sound Moderators are illegal in Oz which is why they are generally not available..
