Those 150 BT's are magic bullets to go with your magic powder. 60 grs of Ramshot Hunter aint bad either. They really carry well way out there. I have the ss/syn mdl in 7shamu. Resized a hundred cases just a couple hours ago, there in the tumbler right now.

If your willing to burn primers on a cartridge you must really like it right.

Sweet, I really like the dashes on that scope. Little sharper than the Leupold dots.

154 Horny Interlocks are shooting nice out of it, too. I might load a chitload up with both and be good until next year.

Rancho-

I really dig the 7SAUM. Mine dearly loves the Accubombs but I'm thinking about giving the 130gr Northforks a whirl. That is if my loan is approved for them. laugh

The Model 7 laminated in 7mm SAUM is a good looking rifle, with nice balance. I like the factory sights on it, too. I saw one on the rack marked down to $479.00....

RL-17 should be the powder to try in that.

I like my 7 SAUM as well. It'll fling 140 Partitions at 3150 with 60.0 gr H 4350 into an inch. Mine also liked 61.0 Hunter under the same bullet. I had really low ES with H 4350 - something on the order of 7-10 ft/sec for 3-4 groups.

Thinking of trying 160 AB in it for elks and deers. Am thinking 2950 is very doable in my 24" barrel.

I can dig the 7 SAUM...............

The best load so far out of mine is 66 grs. of H-1000 and a 150 gr. corelokt. Put's 'em the same hole 2966 f.p.s.
