I assume it is a diesel, so a lung shot wouldn't work. Not knowing where the vitals are in the beast, you would have to know where the fuel injection pump was located then take it out.

I think my 416 Rigby with 400gr Monolithic solids would do it, but surely someone here has a 50BMG laying around
