This has the effect of state nillification of Federal laws.
It'll never fly if it hits the courts.

Now Chenault is proposing to go further, asserting in House Bill 69 that gun possession in Alaska removes the effect of the interstate commerce clause.

Absolutely; we border no other states. The purpose of that is "made in Alaska and stays in Alaska" the fedpukes have no control over it.
