For anyone interested, the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, Board of Game, has issued a call for proposals for the 2012/2013 board cycle and in reference to units 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,13,14,15,16 and 17. Anyone interested in submitting a proposal in reference to hunting and/or trapping within those units should submit their proposal(s) prior to May 1, 2012. Proposals can be submitted online, by going to: www.adfg.alaska.gov/index.cfm?adfg=gameboard.proposal

Right... after submitting multiple proposals with several accepted, all I can say is playing with those losers is the same as saying you spit it out before it went off... Rigged games with you as the patsy against mental, physical, sexual, and monetary defectives are not worth pursuing.
ADF&G is the single worst example of in-breeding between antis and losers ever considered.

Mark Begich, Joaquin Jackson, and Heller resistance... Three huge reasons to worry about the NRA.
