I have used this for years, but thought others might like it. I use Shake and Bake, for pork, sprinkled heavily on a elk or deer steaks, pressed in, then grill on a griddle that I have on the BBQ using olive oil.Pretty good chow

Sounds good. Some people like to look down their nose at packaged goods but it's just flour, herbs, and seasonings similar to what they'd make in their own kitchen. Not me though. If it tastes good, I'll eat it.

Never thought of using shake and bake that way but it sounds good and makes sense. I ain't one of them connie sewers either.
