For years I've used handloads.com calculator for my hunting guns/loads but I found I had another free-bee saved in favorites yesterday and gave it a look. http://www.biggameinfo.com/index.aspx?&page=%2fbalcalc.ascx
When I compare the calculators the numbers are fairly consistant but I like the added feature of the click adjustments IF THEY ARE IN THE BALL PARK. Obviously there is nothing like shooting but I'm just curious how they jive with the data for your loads?
The free web based calculators are fine for what they are, but compared to a ballistics program running on your computer they're all clunky and basic. They're like running a browser based word processor or spreadsheet.
