Where can I find one?

As you probably already know they are difficult to locate. I have also been trying to find one. Did locate a collector who had several new in the box for $150. each. Kershawguy.com, you will have to let him know what you want. IIRC Dave Anderson is his name.

That was my thought as well. Maybe a fair price for new in the box but I don't need the box and paperwork and that extra cost.

A similar folder is offered by MOKI (Fish Owl) but the blade steel is AUS8 instead of the 1993-2's VG10. The Shun VG10 knives in the kitchen have spoiled me a bit.

A CF member found a 1993-2 available NIB so now I have one.

Having carried the 1993-2 for a week now I think it is even more perfect than the carbon steel Case 2138 slip joint Sod Buster as an EDC.
