Mark sent me the results from today's hunt... he'll be back to fill in the details tomorrow, but suffice to say it involved a wolf, whiteails, and a 7mm Mashburn (grin).

Too true!

Mark does more with bad knees than most guys with good knees wish they'd do...

Nope Sammer, but the wolf was involved with the success of the hunt!

I'd be happy just seeing a track from a bull like that. After three hard days of hunting in the Little Belts I can say the elk tracks are very scarce and the human tracks are very numerous.

But still a nice bull.

I'm starting to think I'm the only one in the Montana Contingent that doesn't get to whack a bull this year. I work to friggin much frown

Beautiful animal! Isn't "Mashburn" one of the truly great names for a cartridge? grin
