Took the new .22 cal Beeman R-9 out this weekend and broke it in right! A little early in the season, but it was such a nice day I just had to get out. Shooting Crossman Premier Hollow Points - Using the rings that came with it, not sure what they are. I just ordered a Hawke 3-9x40 and a set of Beeman rings. I've had the Beeman rings before and find them to be high quality, hopefully this Hawke scope will live up to the hype. I have not really had a nice day (windless) to see what it will really do, but from what I have shot so far it will put 5 shots inside a quarter easily at 25yds.

Nice shooting.
As far as the Hawke goes, I'm pretty sure you'll like it. And if you have any problems or concerns, call Mike Kurtz, he's the optics tech for them. (and a buddy of mine)
