So I recently traded into a Toelke Lynx, and to keep it short I love it. In fact I like it so much I sold every other bow I had in the house. The only complaint I had about this bow was it's boring black glass limbs. I also have to give a special shout out to my lovely assistant. No better bow holder, sticker installer, or arrow fetcher that I know of! The riser looks good to me...

But the limbs were boring.

So always being a fan of the cheap and easy I ordered and today installed a set of Onestringer's limbsations in "Diamondback"

Rolling in full dress mode with the Thunderhorn Lynx quiver. No I'm not OCD enough that my bow and quiver have the same name, just happened that way!

Very cool!
Looks good!

Nice laugh

Good to know I won't be the only one with snakeskins on a recurve this September.

That is a good looking bow and kid
Now you've gone and done it. Those pics make me want to dig out my saved snakeskins and do one of my bows. I've been itching to for years but have too many projects going already. ANd the busy part of my work season is just getting underway.

Nice looking bow. I hope it serves you well.

Geno
Well "faux snakeskins" but for 25 bucks i thought it helped the appearance immensely. Thought of doing the real thing, but i can just about get another set of limbs for the same price!

My little girl looks just like her mommy, but has my personality. Boy does she love shooting bows with daddy, hopefully that continues as she gets older.
Nice.

I put some rattle snake skins on an Osage flat bow I made.

Where can you find the faux skins. Thinking of putting on my border recurve
www.onestringer.com they are called limbsations.
The addition of the snakeskins look great. Your assistant appears to enjoy the new look also.
Bingo.....The bow & the little girl are winners!!
Great pics and beautiful bow holder. Loving my Toelke one piece Whip and can see a takedown in my future.
