How do I buy a bow sans package?
I want to set it up the way I want it.
Go to a pro-shop licensed to sell the bow you want and buy it. Their dealer price is usually as low, or lower, than you can buy otherwise. I don't know what you're looking for, but you might check here.

IF you really want to go DIY get onto Archery Talk classifieds and shop the bow you are interested. You can get a nice deal on 2015s and 2014s well below what they sold for. Most sell as bare bows, and some have rests, and even fewer come with sights.
