The rifles thread made me curious.

What does your hunting bow weigh all ready to go? List multiples if you use them...

Just weighed mine.

PSE Drive LT
MBG Ascent Ambush
8" 3 oz stab
QAD drop away
Tightspot with three 100 gr Vipertricks coming out at 410 grains
The usual sling, D-loop, and silencers....

6 lbs 6 oz

Mine is around 9#
I don't know, but they're heavy. I don't shoot light bows well.

Bruin custom, two sets of limbs. with these and as pictured right at 3lbs, 5 oz.

Well, in THAT case...19 ounces. smile

It appears you shot that light bow very well.
Thanks...not too hard when they walk by at 10 yards. Most of the time though, I'm hidden in a cactus patch or 20' up a pine tree holding a compound. smile
I'm not sure how much my elite energy 32 weighs. But when checking draw weight the bow will stay at full draw hanging from the scale by itself

Draw weight is set to 66 pounds.

10 yards? Must have been your effective camo. smile
Dumb hog. smile
After 45 years of traditional archery, I bought my first compound this year.

Never weighed it but it feels like a large boat anchor compared to my longbow.
My compound Browning is fairly heavy & long but has been very reliable & successful darn near every year for me for the past 20 years.
